Amid the current Coronavirus situation, we wanted to take the time to reassure you that the health and well-being of our customers, staff and workers are of the upmost importance to us.

Due to the communicative nature of our business, we will closely follow the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation by monitoring the health of our staff and workers, ensuring that precautionary measures, as advised by a medical health professional are adhered to in the event of any symptoms.

We would appreciate that any existing or prospective customers who have arranged an appointment or survey with us and are displaying any possible symptoms; are deemed 'high risk' and have weakened or compromised immune systems or have been advised to self-isolate either for medical or personal reasons, to please contact our office to arrange an alternative appointment or schedule another method of contact.

Following the easing of restrictions from Thursday 27th January customers should please note that we are now available to arrange consultations for Spring installations. If you have a prearranged consultation and wish to organise an alternative appointment, we are happy to work with you to find a more suitable time or method of contact.

All existing customers who are currently in the process of works which awaiting preparation or completion; please be assured that these will continue in accordance with our schedule (weather permitting) which will be relayed to you at the earliest convenience. We will continue to carry out all installations in accordance with PHE restrictions - if you prefer our team to continue to wear a face covering during consultations; please let us know.
